Il a ensuite entam&eacute; une carri&egrave;re comme entra&icirc;neur en NBA (Milwaukee Bucks, Golden State Warriors, New York Knicks, Dallas Mavericks) et de l&#39;&eacute;quipe am&eacute;ricaine avec laquelle il remporta le titre mondial en 1994. Elu entra&icirc;neur de l&#39;ann&eacute;e en NBA en 1983, 1985 et 1992.
