📖 Biographie
Il a été le premier champion du monde de ski de fond sacré chez lui à Johannisbad en 1925 avec deux titres : sur 18 km fond et en combiné nordique. Il termina 2eme en combiné nordique en 1927. Il a été vétérinaire de profession.
Il était le frère cadet de Josef Nemecky (1900-1943) qui a participé aux Jeux Olympiques à Chamonix en 1924 où il termina 17eme sur 50 km et 11eme à St.Moritz en 1928.
